Breanna and I have been going a wee bit crazy lately over making things out of chipboard and tags and ribbons and glitter and anything else we can get our ink-stained hands on. I'm waiting for Brea to update her blog to show you the tags she made, but if she doesn't, then I'll post them here. They're really fun, and she's very good at it! (She's even threatened to quit school so she can stay home and tag all day.)
Here's a little chipboard Memories book I made from a Tattered Angels kit that I got at our local Archivers store...
And here are a few of the pages inside...
This book was so much fun to make! I've even purchased one to make for Halloween, and Breanna's anxious to try her hand at her own.. she bought one that has a French theme to it, and I can't wait to see how hers turns out!
If you want to try something completely different, give a chipboard book a try! It's amazing what a few supplies and some black-and-white family photos will get you.
On a different note, I just have to show you what my sweet friend Heather sent to me for a belated birthday present...
Mmmm.... goats milk soap in Sugar Plum! (Another addiction of mine... goats milk soap. Nothing lathers up like it!)
And look at what else was in the box...
What a fun mix of things this was! Cocoa for the winter, and a hand towel that reminds me of spring.. btw, Heather, I loved the card as well! Thank you so very much for my birthday surprise!
Hmmm... maybe a chipboard birthday book is in order... :)
