This is a sheep figure that my mom got for me several years ago. It sits in my entryway, and I've always loved it.

My mother gave this little hare to me as a love present. It's one of my favorite things, and it sits on one of Frieda's lace table runners.

It's September 23rd, and I've been terrible at keeping up with my 365-day project. I got to the point where I became overwhelmed with a lot of things, and just stopped taking pictures. I'm disappointed with the gaps in daily entries, but I've caught up as best I can, and I'd like to think I can continue to take a photo per day for the remainder of the year, but I'm not making any promises to myself.

Here is today's photo. It's of a piece I stitched in 2008 ("Where My Heart Blooms" by Blackbird Designs), and I received it back from Jill Rensel Studios today in the mail. No, I didn't mail it to her back in 2008! It's actually been mounted underneath my Rubie Owl's Sampler for many months... I happened to like the frame that Where My Heart Blooms was in, so I mounted Rubie right on top! I was in a hurry, and that's all there is to say about that. ;)

Anyway, I love the moulding Jill chose!
