When I returned home from dropping off Soph to school, it was spitting rain and very, very cold. I needed something to bring the gloomy house some cheer, so I dragged out my cookbooks, searching for a scone recipe. I ran across a spicy gingerbread version, so that's what I went with. The flavor was wonderful, but I'm wondering if the gluten-free flour had anything at all to do with their being a bit too crumbly. Regardless, I forced myself to eat two of them, and found that the weather didn't much matter any more. :)

This looks so yummy! I bought a health book about Gluten and I am thinking of going Gluten Free. Are you gluten intolerant? If so, how did you know?
