Lovely finish!

She finished it beautifully, didn't she! (I went over to her blog and told her so.) But on the other hand she had a wonderful chart to work with. :) Thanks for this post Paulette. I don't know about you, but I love seeing my charts stitched! :D Cathryn

So beautiful and touching - lovely. Great job, Patti!!!

I want to do a similar pillow. What a wonderful reminding tribute to the those that stood up for us all.

What a beautiful finish! I definitely want to stitch this, along with everything else you have designed!

Love it.

Really Pretty!

Love Patti's use of the ticking and poppy. Thank you for creating such a wonderful patriotic piece. I was just new to blogging last year, so I am excited to add this to my Americana collection I put on display year round. God bless our troops past, present and future.

Hi Paulette! Thanks so much for your kind words! It's easy to create a fun finish with such an inspiring design! Thank you so much for gifting it to us as a freebie!
Blessings, Patti

Thanks for sharing this - I had planned to stitch this and now am even more motivated - she did a lovely job and it's a lovely chart. Peace, Shari

It's wonderful to see poppies being used in this way in the US. We have "Poppy Day" (Remembrance Day since Armistice in WWI) here in the UK (all over the commonwealth, I think) for our veterans, too. It's a wonderful way to show your support for the sacrifices our servicemen and women make for us.

I love this! Thank you for sharing.
