Beautiful! I stitched my bird in full cross, but will follow your example and stitch the remainder of the over on in tent stitch. I would love to see another progress pic that includes the lady.

Beautiful colors, and great stitching!Wow! 40 count! It gives me inspiration to finish my Birds of a Feather sampler that I put down a couple of months ago!

Sherry

what a beautiful piece this will be! Gee, just thinking about 40 count makes my eyes cross. Guess it's because I'm an Aida gal. I know Bre will enjoy it when she comes home but maybe not the homework by candlelight! lol. Happy Thanksgiving!

Cathryn

I had to chuckle picturing Bre in a lace bonnet with quill and candlelight. :) What a BEAUTIFUL sampler, Paulette. I'm so glad you are able to stitch for such pleasure for yourself. So many times, I have to put my stitching aside for more pressing 'to do' lists. ;) Cathryn
