Pot roast is one of my all time favorites. I love it when recipes get passed down generation to generation.

I checked out the Four Seasons link even though I kinda like the way I make pot roast. But one (me) can always learn something new. Your commentary was a hoot and well worth the trip. I also think I will wait next time to salt just to see if it makes a difference.
